Your operational team. This helps leaders filter training assignments properly.

Sub-Team required

Final classification. Required for accurate tagging and dashboards.

Role required

This is used for awards leaderboards (Leader vs Non-Leader) and future reporting. If unsure, choose Non-Leader.

Put your working email. If no work email is available, you may use your personal email (e.g., Gmail).

Password required
