Fill this out carefully. These details affect your profile, learning reports, team tagging, and course assignments.

Use your full legal name. We automatically format it to ALL CAPS for records only, not your password.
Type your official company name. Example: ALPHA IOTA BPO LTD.
Choose the department you belong to. This controls course assignment and reporting.
Must match your Department selection. The system validates this relationship.
Your operational team. This helps leaders and reports stay properly scoped.
Final classification used for accurate tagging, dashboards, and future filters.
Used for awards leaderboards, learning segmentation, and future reporting. If unsure, choose Non-Leader.
Use your working email. If no company email is available, a personal email like Gmail is acceptable.
Minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number.
Make sure it matches exactly.
